Lake Kanasatka Watershed Association

Nest News: 6/29/24 – The 2024 LoonCam on Lake Kanasatka went live on Sunday afternoon, 4/28. Although there were many visits to the nest over several months, the loons did not nest here. We look forward to a successful season in 2025.

The nest location is the same as in previous years, and a camera, with night vision is in use. The image is transmitted 3/4 mile across the lake to a host with high-speed internet, allowing for live stream.
