Nest News: 6/28/25 – The 2025 Loon Nest Cam is history. The loons did not make use of the nest this year.

The nest location is the same as in previous years, and a camera, with night vision is in use. The image is transmitted 3/4 mile across the lake to a host with high-speed internet, allowing for live stream.

The project is sponsored by the Lake Kanasatka Watershed Association in partnership with the Loon Preservation Committee (loon.org).
