Since 1978 LKWA has operated as a non-profit under NH law.  Recently LKWA has been awarded 501(c)(3) non-profit charity status. This means your contributions to LKWA are tax deductible under IRS rules.  Your generous contributions funding the Watershed Management Plan and our lake remedies are now tax deductible.  

If you need or want a letter referencing your charitable tax contribution to LKWA please send an email to: [email protected] with your address and I will issue an acknowledgement letter.
